ClausBox Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ClausBox, an AI assistant for businesses operated by Sapphire Business Automations LTD ("we", "us"). By connecting an account or using ClausBox you agree to them.

1. The service

ClausBox is an AI assistant that works with your business tools, including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Sheets and Google Docs, on your instructions. Features and plans are described in your order or subscription.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business you register. You are responsible for the accounts you connect, for keeping your access secure and for everything done under your account. Tell us at once at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Connecting Google

When you connect your Google account you grant ClausBox the permissions shown on Google's consent screen. ClausBox uses them only to carry out your requests, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree not to use ClausBox:

• to break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
• to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages;
• to access data you are not authorised to access;
• to disrupt, probe or reverse engineer the service.

5. AI output

ClausBox produces answers and drafts with artificial intelligence. They can contain mistakes. Review important output before you rely on it. ClausBox asks for your confirmation before it sends email or takes any other action that reaches people outside your account, and you remain responsible for what is sent on your confirmation.

6. Your data

You keep all rights to your content and data. You give us only the permission we need to process it in order to provide ClausBox to you. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal data and Google user data.

7. Fees

Paid plans are billed as stated in your order. Unless agreed otherwise, subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time with effect from the end of the current period. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

8. Availability

We work to keep ClausBox available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features and will give reasonable notice of material changes.

9. Liability

ClausBox is provided with professional care. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using ClausBox and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, with notice where reasonable. On closure we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer and business protections of the country where you are established.

12. Changes

We will post changes on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the new terms.
